How come you cannot get it delivered to your station? My suggestion is either to get is sent there, and just get it next time you're in (they're hardly likely to throw it away if you aren't in for a few weeks - even regulars take holidays) or to ask a regular you are friendly with to accept delivery on your behalf.

I know plenty of specials who has mail lying around for ages.

I can't see you getting any delivered to your home address.

Why won't stores issue you another one?
Something doesn't sound right here to me.

The process for this is simple.  You put in a request to supervision for an new one, the old one gets sent back, a new one gets delivered to your station and everyone is happy.

There is absolutely no reason whatsoever to have a baton delivered to your house so I would put that idea right out of your head.

Speak to someone at your station and they will confirm your local procedure.[/list]

I would guess you aren't in the job and want to get your hands on a baton for one reason or another. if I'm wrong prove it but I bet i'm not.

What deeply concerns me is why you'd want one...

What concerns me is that you thought you could get one over on a site filled with experienced police officers   The safeguards against buying police PPE are there for a reason!

Quitting for personal reasons... don't suppose they related to having a complete lack of honesty and integrity...

Attempting to impersonate a police officer on here, lying openly about damaged kit, and attempting to obtain an offensive weapon.

With credentials like those I can see you remaining an EX special forever.

Disgusted that someone who once alledgedly wore the uniform shows the same dishonesty as those I lock up.

Disgraceful.

Why do they bother?

By the way, I mislaid my glock the other day, and my guvnor will be really hacked off if he finds out... Anyone know where I get another? I tried Niton, but no joy.......

Another buffoon who tried to get one over on us bites the dust..... I take it he's now been banned from the site?
